Step 1: Join the Voyager Investor Network
Begin by completing our Investor Qualification Form.
This form helps us get to know you personally, your investing experience, goals, and accreditation status so that we can determine suitability for future opportunities.
Step 2: Schedule a Suitability Conversation
After we receive your form, our Investor Relations team will reach out to schedule a brief conversation. This call allows us to understand your investment objectives, share an overview of Voyager Development's integrated development model, and confirm that you meet the financial and experience requirements for private offerings.
All discussions remain general and educational. No specific investment is discussed until a relationship has been established and time has passed.
Step 3: Receive Access to the Private Investor Portal
Once your investor profile has been verified and a relationship established, you may be invited to access Voyager Development’s secure, password-protected Investor Portal.
Inside the portal, qualified investors can review confidential offering materials such as Private Placement Memoranda, subscription agreements, and project details, available only to pre-qualified individuals.
